Work Description:

Responsibilities
  • Managing both HR & GA team ensuring that the company's total HR & GA needs are met
  • Monitor, conduct, and execute recruitment process based on the company needs
  • Ensuring that salary for new employee is within the company budget and salary range
  • Providing advices to the company to meets the standart with legal and labor requirements including new regulations from the goverment
  • Preparing supporting data for payroll process
  • Updateing employee data for health insurance, BPJS Kesehatan and, BPJS Ketenagakerjaan
  • Ensuring all the expatriate data is valid and up to date
  • Develop Performance Management program including set KPI and yearly evaluation for the whole group

Requirements
  • Candidate must posses at least a Bachelor Degree in Psychology, Human Resource Management or equivalent
  • Age Max. 30 years old
  • Required language : English and Bahasa
  • At least 2 years of working experience in the related filed is required
  • Able to make decision and problem solving skill
  • Posses strong leadership with high attention to details
  • Familiar with Organization Development, Employee Relation, Performance Management, Competency Development, Compensation & Benefit and General Service
  • Aplicant must be willing to work at Grand Slipi Tower, Jakarta Barat
