Work Description:

1. Effectively manage incoming calls and e-mail from customer
2. Identify and assess customer’s needs to achieve satisfaction
3. Provide information to customers by verifying understanding by request and offering assistance
4. Handle complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within time limits and follow up to ensure resolution
5. Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents
6. Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies
7. Improve quality results by evaluating process; recommend changes
8. Keep a good communications with other parties (transportation, shipping line, agents)
9. Handle custom documentation

1. Willing to work Monday to Saturday
2. Posses general interest in customer service, winner’s mindset and target oriented
3. Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters
4. Innovative and along with “get things done and I can do” attitude
5. Excellent interpersonal skills and communication, honest and loyal
6. Fast learner, proactive, ambitious, energetic & persistent
7. Ability to multi-task, prioritise and manage time effectively
8. Willing to be located in Slipi, Jakarta Barat
9. Ability to work under pressure
10. Willing to work overtime
11. Minimum requirement: high school diploma
12. Minimum 1 year experience in freight forwarder/export & import
