1. Achieve growth and hit sales targets
2. Design and implement a strategic business plan that expands company’s customer base and ensure it’s strong presence
3. Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs
4. Present sales, revenue and expenses report and realistic forecasts to the Sales Manager
5. Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition statusREQUIREMENTS :
1. Experience as a Sales in Forwarding Company/Shipping Line/PPJK min. 3 yr
2. Posses general interest in sales, winner’s mindset and target oriented.
3. Innovative and along with “get things done and I can do” attitude.
4. Excellent interpersonal skills, honest and loyal.
5. Have a good skill in computer and english (active).
6. Fast learner, proactive, ambitious, energetic, persistent & willing to working in team.
7. Willing to be traveling for business trip (client visit and agent meeting).
8. Willing to be located in Darmo Square, Surabaya.
