RESPONSIBILITIES :
1. Motivate and lead a team of customer service representative to deliver outstanding customer service experiences
2. Monitor and stand accountable for your team’s performance against HRD, continuously review and improve the quality of service delivered by your team, and provide regular feedback to direct reports
3. Practice leadership by example especially regarding open and honest communication, dedication to provide excellent high-quality customer service, self-motivation and teamwork.
4. Develop and maintain team of highly efficient, quality-focused and engaged individuals through coaching and team building activities, on-and off-site.
5. Manage personal issues, time-off requests, attendance and adherence of your direct reports
6. Produce and provide complete and accurate documentation for all coaching activities, performance reviews, team and individual meetings and personnel matters
7. Document and share team projects and activities with your colleagues and engage in peer coaching and collaborative best practice sharing to continuously improve the service provided by the department
8. Manage expectations and individual development plans of direct reports and provide regular updates on your team’s talent development
9. Respond to escalation of highly complex, sensitive and/or customer well-being related nature in professional and timely manner
10. Demonstrate a storng commitment to quality, diligence and accurate records of work times and unscheduled absences of all direct reports
11. Ensure and be accountable for your direct reports compliance with company policies and procedures

REQUIREMENTS :
1. Candidate must possess at least Bachelor Degree all major with min. GPA 3.00
2. Posses general interest in customer service, winner’s mindset and target oriented
3. Innovative and along with “get things done and I can do” attitude
4. Excellent interpersonal skills, strong leadership & managerial skill
5. Fast learner, proactive, ambitious, energetic & persistent
6. Willing to be located in Slipi, Jakarta Barat
