Work Description:

Responsibilities

  • Taking order from customer (by phone & email)
  • Dealing with liner, booking vessel, making shipping instruction for sea & air freight (fcl, lcl)
  • Booking to carrier (hbl/mbl), prepare documents (hawb, manifest etc) for operation staff in airport and coordination with Operation staff in airport to receive cargo in werehouse
  • Sending pre-alert, provide documents to customer
  • Making monthly shipment report

Requirements

  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree from all major studies with min GPA 3.0
  • Required skill(s): Microsoft Office
  • Required language(s): English, Bahasa Indonesia
  • Aplicant must be willing to work in Grand Slipi Tower, Jakarta Barat
  • Preferably Staff (non-management & non-supervisior)s specializing in Customer Service or equivalent
  • Fresh graduates are also welcome to apply
